  1. If you experience problems with an unsupported graphic card, you may try
  2. launching the game from the command line prompt by issuing any one of the
  3. following commands:

  5. BGE.exe /DBLBF
  6. BGE.exe /SINGLESTREAM
  7. BGE.exe /DBLBF /SINGLESTREAM
  8.  
  9. Under Windows 98 and Windows ME, the detection of not up-to-date drivers may
  10. fail. If you have installed up-to-date drivers, just ignore it.
  11. Inside the Basic Video properties page, the selection Z buffer is not available,
  12. it is grayed and is fixed to 24 bit, this will be selectable in the final
  13. version. The refresh rate selection is not available on Windows 98, the refresh
  14. rate can be selected only by the desktop properties, this is not a bug but only
  15. a different way to work of Windows 98. Even the antialiasing control is not
  16. selectable; if your video card allows a selection of the antialiasing, PLEASE
  17. DISABLE IT, otherwise some problem could arise. For example the game runs, but
  18. the graphic is corrupted.
